Lynn

Sales and Marketing

"We feel accountability and a responsibility to each other to communicate, do the best we can in our individual roles, and work towards our mutual goals and objectives."

In the 20 years she has spent with Allergan, Lynn has enjoyed a challenging and dynamic career. She first joined Allergan in 1987 as a sales representative for the Optical Division in Canada, after being attracted by the opportunity to use her Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology in the context of a competitive sales environment. Since then, her path has included numerous product launches, ten promotions, and assignments in Canada, Southern California, and the United Kingdom. In her current role with the company, Lynn is establishing Allergan's sales and marketing presence in a new therapeutic area with high unmet need - Urologics - as the company develops a treatment portfolio that addresses the continuum of care for overactive bladder and other genitourinary disorders.

One of the things Lynn values most about working at Allergan is the company's culture. She finds it extremely rewarding to work in an environment distinguished by such a close-knit, high-performance, team-oriented ethic. The company's smaller size and unique structure offer employees a great deal of visibility and recognition. To this end, the company has experienced rapid growth over the last two years, which has afforded Lynn the satisfaction of watching many of her teammates move into leadership positions and succeed.

She is also inspired by the vision of Allergan's Executive Committee. She thinks the company's senior management has effectively positioned Allergan for sustained future growth and success. In her words: "If you want to build a career at this company, you can, and you will get out of it what you put into it."
