Douglas S. Ingram, J.D.

Mr. Ingram has been Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, Secretary and Chief Ethics Officer since October 2006. Mr. Ingram also served as General Counsel from January 2001 to July 2009, and from October 2003 to October 2006, Mr. Ingram served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, and Chief Ethics Officer. Mr. Ingram joined Allergan from Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in 1996. Mr. Ingram has more than 20 years of experience in the management of domestic and international legal affairs. Mr. Ingram manages Allergan’s Global Legal Affairs, Global Regulatory Affairs Compliance and Internal Audit, Corporate Communications, Global Trade Compliance and the Information Technology organizations. Mr. Ingram is the Secretary to Allergan’s Board of Directors. Mr. Ingram received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona in 1988, graduating summa cum laude and Order of the Coif.
