Dawn Hudson

Appointed to the Board in 2008. In March 2009, Ms. Hudson became Vice Chairman of the Parthenon Group, an advisory firm focused on strategy consulting. Prior to that, Ms. Hudson served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Pepsi-Cola North America (PCNA), the multi-billion dollar refreshment beverage unit of PepsiCo in the United States and Canada from March 2005 until November 2007. From May 2002 to March 2005, Ms. Hudson served as President of PCNA. In addition, Ms. Hudson served as Chief Executive Officer of the PepsiCo Foodservice Division from March 2005 to November 2007. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Ms. Hudson was Managing Director at D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles, a leading advertising agency based in New York. In 2006 and 2007, Ms. Hudson was named among Fortune Magazine’s “50 Most Powerful Women in Business,” and on the Forbes “100 Most Powerful Women” globally. In 2002, Ms. Hudson received the honor of “Advertising Woman of the Year” by Advertising Women of New York. Ms. Hudson was also inducted into the American Advertising Federation’s Advertising Hall of Achievement, and has been featured twice in Advertising Age’s “Top 50 Marketers.” Ms. Hudson is a director of Lowe’s Companies, Inc. and P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Inc.
